Glacier Bancorp Expands Presence in Montana with Acquisition of HTLF Bank Branches

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GBCI) announced on July 19, 2024, the successful acquisition of six Montana branch locations from HTLF Bank, a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF). The transaction includes the transfer of deposits, loans, real estate, and other assets associated with these branches.

The newly acquired branches are located in the following Montana cities:

– 2615 King Ave. W, Billings
– 2929 3rd Ave. N, Billings
– 2901 W Main St., Bozeman
– 115 E First Ave, Plentywood
– 220 Main St., Stevensville
– 101 E Legion St., Whitehall

These branches will now operate under Glacier Bank’s network, which includes several other divisions in Montana such as First Bank of Montana, First Security Bank of Bozeman, First Security Bank of Missoula, Valley Bank, and Western Security Bank.
