Jill Sark is a lifelong Montanan who dedicated 38 years to public service with the State of Montana, most recently in Helena, where she served as the Program Director for the Insure Montana Program, providing health insurance subsidies and tax credits to small businesses. Jill’s final role was as Bureau Chief for the DPHHS Community Services Bureau, managing Medicaid programs that support the elderly and individuals with disabilities, helping them remain in their homes.
