The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) is excited to announce the addition of three new team members who bring a shared passion for Wyoming’s communities, businesses, and future growth. These individuals are eager to help foster innovation and support local enterprises as the state continues to prosper.
Emma Gregg – Accounting Solutions Coordinator
Emma Gregg joins the WBC as the new Accounting Solutions Coordinator, bringing a vibrant energy and deep commitment to Wyoming’s community spirit. Originally from Lamar, Colorado, Emma grew up in a small-town environment where she embraced every opportunity, from square dancing to show choir. After earning her degree in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University, with a minor in Business Administration and a certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Emma moved to Cheyenne with her husband, Kevin, who serves full-time in the Wyoming Air National Guard.
Prior to joining the WBC, Emma worked as an Office Administrator for the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Emma is especially motivated by the desire to create opportunities for her young daughter, hoping to see her thrive in Wyoming’s growing economy.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and baking. She’s also recently joined the sourdough movement, inspired by her chickens. Emma is thrilled to be part of the WBC and contribute to the state’s growth.
Kade McMillan – Market Development Advisor
Kade McMillan brings his passion for business growth and development to the WBC as the new Market Development Advisor. A native of Upton, Wyoming, Kade grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship and community leadership, with his family’s grocery store, Joe’s Food Center, being a town cornerstone. After earning a degree in Marketing and Sales from the University of Wyoming, Kade returned to Upton, where he served as the Economic Development Coordinator for the Upton Economic Development Board and took on leadership roles within the community.
Kade recently worked in Denver as a Programs Coordinator for a Chamber of Commerce, further honing his skills in business engagement. He is excited to join the WBC to help businesses across Wyoming build tailored strategies that support sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Kade enjoys spending time outdoors with his golden retriever, Kygo, and is a dedicated NASCAR fan. He also values family time, including big meals with his mom and cribbage nights with his grandparents.
Maddy Giovanni – Development Advisor
Maddy Giovanni, the new Development Advisor at the WBC, brings a strong love for Wyoming’s natural beauty and a passion for sustainable growth. Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Maddy’s path to Wyoming began after working on a family-run cattle farm and then pursuing a degree in Outdoor Recreation and Tourism Management at the University of Wyoming.
Maddy’s role allows her to combine her ability to connect with people and her passion for strategic problem-solving. She is excited to work on projects that contribute to Wyoming’s unique culture and future growth while supporting sustainable development across the state.
Outside of her professional life, Maddy enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and learning new skills like sewing. She is drawn to Wyoming’s balance of wide-open spaces and close-knit communities, which offer both freedom and a sense of belonging.

Their unique backgrounds and enthusiasm for the state will no doubt make a significant impact as they collaborate with businesses and communities throughout Wyoming.
