BOZEMAN – The 2024 Montana State University Spring Rodeo will run Thursday, April 11, through Sunday, April 14, at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. It will be the rodeo teams’ only home competition of the season.
The rodeo will consist of two separate events: one on Thursday and Friday and one on Saturday and Sunday. The full competition breakdown is below.
- Thursday, April 11: Performance rounds begin at 7 p.m.
- Friday, April 12: Slack begins at 10 a.m., Short-Go Performance at 7 p.m.
- Saturday April 13: Slack begins at 10 a.m., Performance rounds at 7 p.m.
- Championship Sunday, April 14: Short-Go Performance begins at 1 p.m.
Seating in the fieldhouse is reserved, and tickets for a single day begin at $11. Children ages 2 and under are free if sitting on a guardian’s lap. To purchase tickets, visit msubobcats.com/tickets or call 406-994-CATS.
The four-day rodeo will feature the MSU men’s and women’s teams competing against six other schools from the Big Sky region: MSU Northern, the University of Montana, UM Western, Miles Community College, Dawson Community College and Northwest College.
For those who want to watch at home, the rodeo will be livestreamed. The 7 p.m. sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the 1 p.m. session on Sunday will be broadcast on MTN stations across Montana, and select sections will be available on the CowGirl Channel and Cowboy Channel app.
