Vote no on CI-128

In November Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights will have ballot measure CI-128 on the ballot. They claim it’s what Montanans want, but if Montanans wanted this, why is so much out-of-state money involved? News Nation Now reported Planned Parenthood will spend $40 million to bolster the presidential election and leading congressional Democrats with Montana being one of their targeted states. If Montanans wanted this, wouldn’t we already be voting for it without that financial outlay?

Additionally, Commissioner of Political Practices records show Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker contributed $500,000 through his group Think Big America. Why is he backing a pro-abortion ballot measure in Montana? Path to Victory from Wisconsin is raising funds from donors in California, Maryland, Seattle and other blue areas. If this is truly a Montana issue, why aren’t Montanans the major contributors?

If you don’t want out-of-staters influencing our laws and changing our culture, vote no on CI-128. This ballot measure will enshrine taxpayer-funded abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, including painful dismemberment abortions, into our State Constitution. It will remove parental notification when a minor seeks an abortion and it will allow sex traffickers to take their victims for an abortion without any questions asked. CI-128 is touted as a “Women’s Rights Petition,” but women who are injured during an abortion will have no legal recourse. This is especially troubling considering many women now travel to Montana from surrounding states for their abortions. But they want us to believe this is all about women’s healthcare.
